It all comes down to people and faces
Early on today the Tuesday cohort (numbering 18 according to the photographic evidence) assembled around each of the 3 display items we have created for the Children’s Remembrance Service over the past 3 years. Whilst quite a few have had a hand in these items, the last two years have been led by Cavalry Kevin and Mick Ward. Ideas for the next two years are being formulated in people’s heads.



The 3D scanner is being explored
PaulH and Graham have figured out some of the features of the scanner. Here is a scanned 3D model of an empty head and even the ability tp talk through the back of the head!
Thursday’s Shedding Light Into Cancer
We are pleased to report that Macmillan Cancer Support has provided funding to support the project, along with Northern Cancer Alliance and the Lottery Reducing Inequalities fund (administered by Catalyst.
Our thanks to “our” social prescriber link worker team and Debs & Bev as cancer support specialists.
This does mean that we will need to proceed to registering the Shed with the Charity Commission. PaulH is going to help with this.
